Submit Your Work

Please feel free to submit any work you think would belong here. We always conduct a close reading of any submission and review its qualities before considering it for publication, and will give feedback if your work is turned down. Poems and short stories can be of any length or number, any genre, any style. There are no limits, but please keep in mind that we stand for eclecticism, art for art’s sake, and beauty, the irrepressibly noisome instinct of writers to be bold and beautiful  – the overdue revival of poetry’s ability to conjure the most fundamentally profound emotions through carefully chosen expressions. We will almost certainly reject work with an overtly political or satirical theme, or any work that appears cynical. Those battles have been fought for far too long with little result. This is the new battle: one for beauty. Read more about our ethos here.

We accept submissions in .doc, .docx, and .pdf formats. Please include your name and contact details at the top of the document.

We prefer prose submissions, particularly essays, to be double-spaced, 12pt Times New Roman, and with a wide left-hand margin.

We look forward to reading your submissions.

Sincerely,

The Editors.
